Die Composition

1) One-piece or split-type die can be made based on end product.

2) Die is normally composed of injection die, heating die and sometimes preforming frame if customers require.

Application

1) To pultrude different profiles with raw material of glassfiber, carbon fiber, epoxy resin or unsaturated polyester resin etc., as per customers’ requirements.

2) Different profiles cover window and door frame, round and square tube/rod, I-beam, radome, angle, flat bar, strip, U channel and other special shapes etc.

Size

Customized (The die is normally 1000mm long.)

Machining Accuracy

1) Tolerance of outline dimensions: ±2mm

2) For easily measurable positions of die cavity: ±0.05

3) Roughness of die cavity and the mandrel surfaces: Ra0.2

4) The above is only listed for general applications. Different machining accuracy can be realized as required by customers. Please contact us for more details about tolerance, surface finish etc.

Chrome Plating

Die can be plated or not, depending on customers’ requirements.

The thickness of chrome plating is normally 0.03~0.05mm.

Delivery Time

30 days to 90 days depending on complexity and quantity of dies.
